GO Equipment line error fix:

Due to a compatibility issue with XP SP3 and Vista, the MSTS bin may not be working correctly or may not be installed. This fix removes the reference to the red tail lights that are placed on the rear engine as used by the bin. The red lights may not work after this but the route will open and operate correctly. This fix also corrects the error for the ammeter in the SD70m-2 cab.

- New cabs for Via F40PH-2, CN SD60f, SD75i including side views. C44-9 cab is very similar to SD75i, same cab is referenced. NS SD70M also references SD75i cab. Main difference is the computer screen, but there was no room for proper placement and was too small to read. Upgraded trucks for F40 included.
